A Private Space for People in Tainan 臺南人的私空間--Dawn Room 咖啡。明堂

A coffee shop's atmosphere makes it become original and special in its own way. Today, I'd like to share with you this very unique coffee shop which locates at Tainan. In here, you can immerse yourself in a homely relaxed atmosphere with a cup of nice coffee. So pay attention here if you're a coffee addict!

一間咖啡廳的氛圍會成為這家店是否夠獨特的關鍵因素。今天要跟大家介紹一間台南非常特別的咖啡廳。在這裏，你可以在像家一樣的輕鬆氣氛包圍下一邊享受香醇的咖啡一邊和老朋友敘敘舊。順道一提，明堂咖啡是ORO創辦人陳曉明的店，在盤讓出ORO之後便在2010年5月開了這家非常低調的咖啡廳，但相較於ORO稍偏都市風的設計風格，明堂的整體設計則偏向居家型，讓人有回到家喝咖啡的感覺。明堂採會員制，會員可以直接刷卡進入，就像回自己家一樣的自在。

Interior Design 室內的設計、擺設

Matcha with cream 抹茶奶霜

The fragrance of Matcha is fresh and also uplifting. It doesn't taste too sweet although there're also some red beans on the top.

抹茶本身很清甜，並不會太苦澀或有人工香料的味道，也不會太甜膩，甜度掌握得恰到好處。

Cappuccino 卡布奇諾

The creamy Cappuccino has a really rich flavor with exceptional body.

香氣很足，奶泡很細緻。

Vienna Coffee 維也納咖啡

The whipped cream on the top perfectly balanced the acidity and the sweetness of cream. While enjoying this Vienna coffee, you won't feel any single characteristic overpowers another.

香甜滑順的鮮奶油完美的平衡了底下咖啡本身的苦味。在喝這杯維也納咖啡的同時，完全不會感受到有任何材料喧賓奪主。

Iced Latte 冰拿鐵

The ice is made from coffee, so the latte itself won't become less strong when the ice melts.

採用特別製作的咖啡冰塊，溶化時拿鐵的味道也不會被稀釋的太淡。

Toast with Butter Cream 奶酥吐司

The toast is crispy on the outside and fluffy inside. It tastes nice but a little bit dry.

吐司本身外酥內軟，不過吃久後覺得有點乾。

Toast with Peanut Butter 花生土司

The melted peanut butter goes inside the creamy bread, but at the same time, it remains crunchy on the outside. And the aroma of peanuts is sealed perfectly in the toast.

花生土司的濕潤度比起奶酥口味還要好很多，花生及奶油的香氣被緊緊的封在烤得酥酥脆脆的吐司裡。

Chocolate Lava Cake with Vanilla Ice Cream 熔岩巧克力

Warm and gooey chocolate fills up the gorgeous and fluffy cake. The moisture and sweetness of chocolate lava cake are balanced so well that it only takes me 5 minutes to finish this one.

蛋糕裡頭的巧克力濃稠且甜而不膩，蛋糕本體濕潤度恰到好處，一刀劃下蛋糕裡的巧克力岩漿都嘩啦啦湧出來了，實在太好吃，我花了5分鐘就解決了。

Brunch 早午餐

Very simple, but well-seasoned. Also contains salad, juice/soup, and drink.

很簡單的組合，不過每一項調味都很有特色。整個早午餐也包含沙拉、果汁/湯 二選一 、還有飲料。
