西班牙烤飯的米粒不是燉得太爛，還保有一點米心的口感。材料非常簡單，只有橄 欖油、番紅花、夾生飯、並佐以紅椒為點綴。烤飯本身的香氣和口感都十分令人滿 意，但雞腿排的部分有些可惜，不夠入味，因此並沒有為此道菜加分。 Chicken paella is one of the most traditional dishes in Spain, the Calasparra rice is softened and still crispy. The Paella is presented is both nice texture and flavor, if you're new to Paella, it would worth a try!

孜然豬肉起司薄餅 Pork Tortilla with Cheese and Cumin

薄餅與內餡孜然豬肉的香氣緊密地結合在一起，起司的綿密口感讓人忍不住一口接 一口！The flour Tortilla is strongly bounded with the scent of cumin minced pork, and I love how the cheese melted in my mouth. Tasty and unique!

法式焦糖核果鬆餅 Mochi Waffle with Caramel and Walnuts

麻糬鬆餅算是黑浮的招牌，酥脆的鬆餅裡還能咬到Q彈帶勁的麻糬，新鮮感十足！

It's one of my favorite desserts! The crunchy waffle tastes so great with the chewy mochi inside. And the nuts and caramel just perfectly fit into this dessert!
