「右手餐廳」是貳樓旗下新餐廳,主打泰式定食,讓客人能在一份主餐內吃到多種泰式經典料理。

"THAIHAND" is the new restaurant, owned by Second Floor, which mainly serves Thai food in a very unique way. THAIHAND believes, hands, being a part of our body, is the extension of emotion. In this way, when we reach out our right hand to greet or serve food, we are also exchanging each other's culture.

Let's take a look at the main course we're having today.

每道定食都有沙律(泰式沙拉)、泰式湯品、女婿蛋、蝦球、茉莉香米、及配料(辣椒、紫蘇醬)Each main course contains Thai salad, Thai traditional soup, Thai fried eggs, fried shrimp balls, Jasmine rice, and chili, dip.

黃金酥炸蝦球 Fried Shrimp Balls

脆脆的,蝦肉的香味突出,但冷掉了有點可惜。

The shrimp balls are crispy and fresh, yet they seem to get a little bit cold.

女婿蛋 Fried Eggs

在泰國,女婿蛋是丈母娘做給女婿吃的,希望女婿能善待自己女兒。製作方法為水煮蛋炸過後加上一些油蔥與酸子做的特調醬汁,很有特色也很下飯。

In Thailand, Fried eggs are made for son-in-law by his mother-in-law, in the hope that the son-in-law can treat her daughter well. The procedure is to deep-fried an hard boiled egg, than eat it with special sauce made from Tamarind. Very tasty.

南泰咖哩雞 Thailand Yellow Curry Chicken

南泰咖哩雞為黃咖哩跟椰奶一起燉煮的傳統雞肉料理,還能吃到馬鈴薯搗碎後沙沙的口感,適合不敢吃辣但又想嘗鮮的人試試看。

Thailand Yellow Curry Chicken is a traditional dish stewed with yellow curry and coconut milk, you can even taste the texture of potatoes when having that with the rice. It's a nice choice for someone who eats less spicy.

手工綠咖哩椰汁雞 Thaihand Green Curry With Chicken

綠咖哩本身就會辣,醬汁伴隨著椰奶的香甜和綠醬本身的辛辣非常夠勁!!

The green curry, creamy and spicy, tastes so good with the tender chicken and Jasmine rice.
